As well as the main Fundraising Forum for all delegates from 26th to 28th March at El Escorial (Madrid) there will be other meetings before and after these dates for some of the delegates.

Kindly read all the information below about the various projects and check with your Line Manager or Fundraising Director which one you should attend.

You may require more than one Conference Package. Please indicate this on the registration form before you submit. If you do not do this you will not be provided with the correct costs on payment.

WALKING TOUR AND TAPAS HOPPING – TUESDAY AFTERNOON (26th March):
*** El Escorial Walking Tour + Tapas hopping
You will enjoy a tour with guide around the town of El Escorial, an explanation of the Monastery's history plus tapas tasting at several bars. Please note this does not include an internal tour of the Monastery. (Minimum of 30 to have a group)

A. HOW TO PAY
You will get payment information from the Organising Team a few days after your registration.

B. HOW TO MAKE IT TO THE EL ESCORIAL.
Once we have all the flight information we will be able to inform you about your vehicle to El Escorial. We will organise all of the arrivals with the transportation supplier, pick-up will happen at T1/T2 and T4, there will be meet and greet at the airport with SC T-shirt, they will assist you upon your arrival. Further transfer details will be provided in due time.
